Shipping & Return Policy

- We currently only support domestic shipping in the United States.
- Our primary shipping service is UPS.
- Duration of communication and design: 1 - 3 days .
- Duration of produce and finish: 7 - 10 days .
- Duration of delivery (Not including the design & production time): Depends on the customer's location and the mailing service selected. 

Our products are all customized by customers, and we do not accept unreasonable returns and refunds. Unless the products were found to collide during transportation and result in damage when customers received them. Any intentional damages will not be compensated by us. Customers must provide relevant pictures or video proofs before we can approve the return and refund service requests. We will bear postage costs for returns. 

If a customer requests a refund and claims that she/he didn't receive the product but the delivery status shows it was delivered, we do not make a refund for this situation. We will provide the order tracking number and delivery status of the shipment if needed. Otherwise, please wait for a few days and the shipment will get to you. Please consider the transportation under holidays and bad weather.
